Return Policy

Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed. We accept returns within 30 days of receiving them if the products are in original unworn merchandise condition and unaltered packaging. The customer must pay for the return shipping unless there is a defect product received. After we receive and check your package, the refund request will be processed and an email will be sent to you as soon as possible. Afterwards, the refund will be initiated and payment will be returned via your original payment method. Exchange is not available currently. However, you can use this return process and re-order a new one instead.

How to Return Your Package:

Step 1: If you are not satisfied with our products, please contact our customer service team first by sending a message to service@chicloset.com, or contacting us through Facebook or Instagram. (A picture of the problem and a short description are preferred along with your message.)

Step 2: If you’d like to request a refund, our customer service team will guide you to begin the return process. We will approve the refund back to your payment method after we receive and check the product.

Step 3: Pack it up. Place your item(s) (in unworn condition with the tag) and invoice in the original shipping bag (or box), and make sure it has been perfectly sealed.

Step 4: Contact shipping agencies to get the shipping label or visit their local stores. Affix the shipping label on your package (Please make sure there are no other shipping labels or scan-able bar codes). Make sure you are able to track the package by recording the tracking number on your label.

The shipping process normally takes 5 to 10 business days. Please allow us to have another 3 to 5 business days for checking the package and preparing the refund. An email will be sent you with the details.

We strongly suggest you contact big shipping agencies like FedEx, UPS, DHL, or UPS in order to keep your package safe. Please be aware that we do not take the responsibility of any lost or damaged items during the return shipping.
